The aim of Long Way Expeditions is to provide our guests with safari expeditions and great experiences, always taking into consideration individual interests. Having acquired a wealth of previous experience in tourism, a young Tanzanian couple, Ahlam and Abu, founded the first Tanzanian Responsible Travel company in 2017. Our guides are all Tanzanian nationals, with a profound knowledge of our country’s rich wildlife and diverse scenery.
We always care for our precious environment and social fabric by supporting local initiatives, giving back to the community, and practising sustainable tourism. We established the Hisani Foundation over 2o years ago to empower and uplift the lives of children, ensuring their rights, health, education, and overall development are prioritised.
Our office in Arusha is close to the amazing North Circuit Parks, though we are as well acquainted with other Parks, either further south or closer to Lake Victoria.
